Carries Interview

It was a pleasant meeting with Carrie. She looked over the resume and gave me a few tips on how to expand on my skills when approached personally. She also mentioned that the different kinds of experience should be separated just so an employer could find what they're looking for. She suggested that the film I made, The Hunt for Cupid should have more unpacking in terms of which festivals I've submitted it to etc.

Flaw brainstorm issues

I like the flaw brainstorm sheet and it brings up a number of cool ideas but in my experience with it, it causes the main character to have to be a good guy at the end. Using his flaw to benefit others/be useful has constantly been leading me to that conclusion. Perhaps I am wrong?

Synopsis Draft

INCITING INCIDENT: Uncle Sam is loosing his hair. He tries hair products, but they make it worse and he loses most of his hair.
He then resorts to spending on wigs. None of them satisfy him.
PLOT POINT 1: The hair specialists tells him of a myth that if he collects three fine hairs(from hair legends), he can combine them to make a special hair that will satisfy him.
The hair stylist begins to cook with the remainder of Sam’s own hair and therefore giving him a 24 hour time limit to get the other hairs.
MIDPOINT: Gets three fine hairs from Samson, B and the Easter Bunny. Easter bunny tells him about Rapunzel’s hair and he wants it! This is because her hair has qualities of  longer growth.
Because of his greed, he attempts to get Rapunzel’s hair, but now he is short on time.  Eventually he is too late and the hair can’t be used.
CLIMAX: He is so desperate to get some hair that he cuts off his beard and attempts to stick it on his head.
RESOLUTION: It resolves with him finding a product that he could’ve used in the ruins of his house. He just overlooked it.

Personality traits. Arrogant and self centered. Thinks he deserves the best. If he does something for himself he wants it to be over the top special.

Bewkes' naming the long-shot choice -- home entertainment presidentKevin Tsujihara -- many insiders say they feel relieved and even optimistic.
"Kevin's a leader. He's an adult. He's very fair-minded," says one insider
Tsujihara, 48, heads the most digital-oriented aspect of Hollywood's most prolific studio, which could position him to preside over an evolving business model. But he lacks creative experience making films or, more important, television programs.
It's interesting to think that the head of most digital oriented aspects does not have creative experience with films and tvshows, you'd think he'd be all over the place! So despite the fact that
